A counseling psychologist shaped by 7 years of diving deep into the human heart—starting way back in school when psychology first whispered to me.
It clicked, like a missing piece, reflecting my own life’s ups and downs. I pursued it fiercely—two years in school, a Bachelor’s from Ambedkar, Delhi University, and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University.

As a child, I’d sit quietly, wishing someone could hear the words I couldn’t say—‘samajh jao mujhe.’ That ache stayed with me, blooming into a love for psychology that helped me untangle my own heart. Now, as an adult sitting with clients, I see it still—people craving care, their silences heavy with stories. I started Safe Spacewith Srishti to be that someone I once needed—a therapist who listens, understands, and guides.
